FortifAI Ltd has named Kelly Herrell, a seasoned Silicon Valley technology executive, as its new chief executive officer. Herrell will also lead the company's AI infrastructure subsidiary, Nol8, with the appointment taking effect on June 1, 2026.

Herrell brings three decades of operating experience in technology infrastructure to the role. His background spans leadership positions at several high-growth tech firms, where he focused on scaling operations and driving product innovation.
