HOUSTON, TX — September 4, 2025 — Monkey Island LNG has officially announced its decision to implement ConocoPhillips’ Optimized Cascade® Process technology for its upcoming liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The facility is projected to have a capacity of 26 million tons per annum (MTPA).
The selection process involved a thorough evaluation of various technologies, highlighting the efficiency and reliability of ConocoPhillips’ liquefaction method.
