Pennsylvania Broadband Authority Distributes Laptops to Libraries and Nonprofits

Harrisburg, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) has announced that several entities in the region will receive laptop computers through the Digital Connectivity Technology Program (DCTP).
